Instructions

To enter your cat quilt, please submit up to three high-resolution images (4 MB or larger). If possible, please include your name in the file name, along with the image number. For example: jane-smith-01.jpg, jane-smith-02.jpg, and jane-smith-03.jpg

The selection process will be made from your submitted images; please do not send us the actual quilt.

Requirements:
The quilt you photograph must be three layers and contain stitching, but all sizes and techniques are welcome (i.e. embellishment, thread painting, appliqué, collage, hand, machine, etc.)!

We’re looking for images that show the quilt as flat as possible. Quilts photographed at an angle or with extreme folds and/or creases are less likely to be considered.

When you submit photos for consideration, you grant Quiltfolk full permission and rights to publish your images in any format related to Quiltfolk CATS, including social media, printed promotional materials, and related products or publications. (This also applies to photo captions and artist statements about the quilts.) We will do our best to give full credit to the quilter and/or photographer when images are used, but some photos may be used in promotional materials without being credited.
